Debbie Richardson
Reception/Administration

Debbie has worked for Russell Hearing Services for over three years now. She enjoys meeting, greeting, and getting to know our clients. Debbie has lived in Manurewa since she was 12 years old and gets special pleasure from chatting to our clients who have been long term residents of the area.

Debbie works full time at the Manurewa Clinic.

Audiologists

Kim Stone
Reception/Accounts

Kim has a background in finance and also hairdressing. When she's not at Russell Hearing Services Kim works from home in West Auckland using her skills as a hairdresser. Kim is also a mother to two gorgeous girls aged five and seven.

Kim works at the Botany clinic on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Charmaine Cole
Reception/Administration

Charmaine lives in Howick and has a background in medical administration. Her last position was the clinic administrator for the hearing clinic at the University of Auckland.

You will see Charmaine at our Botany clinic on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, supporting the audiologist on site.
