 Hearing loss tends to happen very gradually, so people forget how well they used to hear familiar sounds – like the leaves rustling, or the card indicator! This means it is common for people to wonder how much hearing they have lost, and whether a hearing aid will be worthwhile for them.
Because we want to help you understand your hearing, and the benefits of hearing aids, we offer you:
- A free screening hearing assessment.
Your ears and your hearing will be checked, and your audiologist will explain, in straight-forward terms, what your hearing is like. We can advise you whether further testing is warranted, and whether you would hear better with a hearing aid.
- A free 7-day trial of the latest hearing aids
For those of you with hearing loss, we will demonstrate hearing instruments for you in the clinic. You will get to wear them for a short while, and, if you would like to trial some for a week, your audiologist will determine what products might work best for you. The right hearing instruments will be ordered in for you so that at your next (free) visit, we can fit them properly, and show you how to use them, so that you can have the pleasure of hearing well for a week, in your own home.

Terms and conditions
- Although you will not need to put any money down, you will need to sign a document to confirm that you will take responsibility for the hearing aids while they are in your possession, and will return the hearing aids to us undamaged.
- We require you to provide us either with your credit card details, or a signed cheque made out to us for the replacement cost of the hearing aids before the hearing aids can be taken away for trial. You will need to authorise us to charge your credit card or bank your cheque in the event of any damage being done to the hearing aids while in your care or in the event of the hearing aids being lost while in your care.
- Proof of your current residential address must be provided.
- Photo id is required.
