When you purchase a hearing aid from Russell Hearing, you get more than just a hearing device. You get the assurance of seeing a highly qualified hearing specialist, and the opportunity of changing your mind. Unlike some other clinics who only include a certain number of appointments in their hearing aid trials, at Russell Hearing we understand that it can sometimes take a bit of time to obtain the optimal setting on your hearing aids.

For this reason we will provide you with as many appointments you need to get your hearing aid working well.

10 Week Hearing Aid Trial

• A ten week, no-obligation, trial of hearing aids.
  If we decide that a different hearing aid would suit you better during this ten weeks, we will start a further ten week, no-obligation, trial of hearing aids, at no extra cost*.
  
  The ten week trial includes:


• hearing aid fitting and follow-up appointments in which your hearing aids will be programmed specifically for your hearing using the most up-to-date equipment available. Once you return with some experience of your hearing devices, we will make fine-tuning adjustments as required.


• Access to our hearing therapist, who will help resolve any issues that you might have over management and care of your hearing aids, and will provide you assistance with any other devices that might supplement the work the hearing aids are doing.

Once you have successfully completed your ten week trial we will continue to care for you under our “worry free” guarantee in the following ways:

• We will provide complimentary follow up appointments to fine tune the hearing aids as required and to help with any hearing aid problems you may encounter for 12 months from the start date of the first hearing aid trial


• If your hearing aid requires repair or service and is covered by the manufacturers’ warranty (typically 24 months), we will identify the problem, courier the hearing aid to the manufacturer, and see you for a post-repair appointment, without charge.

*If you have a hearing aid trial, but it proves unsuccessful, a $290 ‘unsuccessful fitting’ fee is charged for the services provided. This fee is only applicable to unsuccessful trials.
