Hearing aids, like cars, need regular care and maintenance for optimal performance.

They are electronic devices that are exposed to sweat from your skin, dust and ear wax. At least once a year they should be thoroughly cleaned and if any faults are detected, they can be sent away for a service.

BEHIND-THE-EAR (BTE) INSTRUMENTS:
• Ear health check using an otoscope (ear light)
• Thorough exterior clean of hearing aid and mould
• Replacement tubing
• Replacement domes (for those of who have them)

IN-THE-EAR (ITE) INSTRUMENTS:
