Lisa Wong
Trainee Hearing Therapist
Lisa graduated in March 2008 with a Bachelor of Health Science from Auckland University of Technology. Upon graduating Lisa worked with children with disabilities, and later in rehabilitation of men living with the effects of severe mental illness. As her interests lie in client-centred relationships, Lisa changed the focus of her career, and is currently working on a two year Hearing Therapy Diploma.
Lisa’s role as Trainee Hearing Therapist is to counsel and assist clients who encounter difficulties in communicating effectively because of hearing
problems. Lisa feels that in asking the right questions, and taking the time to listen, she will help guide her clients to the best communication solution.
In her spare time Lisa enjoys swimming, travelling, reading and spending time with her family on road trips.
